Community Engagement Intern (Sales/Marketing)

This internship is in Sitges, outside of Barcelona, with immediate start, preferably from July to September with possibilities to extend. 

About Us:

The EMPWR is a vibrant yoga and creative community studio in Sitges, dedicated to promoting wellness, creativity, and community connection. We offer a range of yoga classes, workshops, and community events in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Engagement Intern to join our team. This multifaceted role involves managing our reception area, supporting our social marketing efforts, handling sales and lead outreach, and contributing to the overall growth and community building of our studio.

Key Responsibilities:

•Reception Management: Greet and assist members and visitors, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at the studio.

•Social Marketing Support: Assist in creating and scheduling social media content, engage with our online community, and support marketing campaigns.

•Sales and Lead Outreach: Handle membership sales, reach out to potential leads, and maintain customer relationships.

•Community Building: Support the organization and promotion of studio events and workshops, and help foster a strong sense of community among members.

Qualifications:

•Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.

•Passion for wellness, yoga, and community building.
